Tell me a little bit about your background and how you ended up choosing your field. I became a private tutor because I needed money, I realized that I am very good at explaining mathematics. I loved it and thought that I can monetize this skill. So I decided to try myself as an independent teacher. First incomes were very few. But now it became a really good way of earning money, bringing knowledge to children all over the world from any part of the planet if you have a laptop with you.
What was the biggest business mistake you made and what did you do to learn from it?
I did not discuss every detail with my clients in the beginning. That caused a lot of problems in the further work.
We are entering an era where everyone is interested in multiple income streams. How does one decide on a business to pursue?
Try to find way to monetize something you like. Or try to create something that you need and something you like. For example. You are in love with computer games, level designing, but you feel that there is no such game that you want. So create it!
What is the one mantra that you live your life by? “Screw It, Let’s Do It!” – Richard Branson.
